| The sea was very stormy and sleep was not
abundant for anybody. The Captain mentioned the "size" of the night's storm as
8 on the Beaufort scale (34 - 40 knots). We do not seem to have made much
progress. Everybody spent most of the day in bed (except the Captain of course).
I felt very lethargic and didn't even want to drink any water as I didn't think
I would make it to the toilet and back - did not even want to think what the
team feels like as this was leading up to the second day of fasting which is
apparently a very tough one. The safest place was definitely the bunk. |
